I have decided that I want to read one book in the Christmas series by Matt Haig in the lead-up to Christmas. I just started A Mouse Called Miika and will finish it tonight. It is so adorable so far and I love the illustrations!
I am listening to an ALC of Reputation and I am having fun with it. The book is dedicated to Jane Austen and is an apology to her, so that gives you an idea of what to expect from it. Strong Bridgerton vibes!
Just Finished
A Boy Called Christmas is adorable and I also really loved the movie adaptation. I recommend it to everyone! It is a great way to get into the Christmas spirit!
I listened to The Comfort Book and it very much delivered on its title. I need to buy a physical copy so I can highlight my favourite passages. I so appreciate Matt Haig’s insights when it comes to his nonfiction.

I just read a boy called christmas to my kids and watched the movie. i knew about the second book, but didn’t know there was a book about Miika. love that little mouse
I was reading it last night and was thinking how fun it would to be to read to your kids. I bet they loved that.
Definitely track down a copy of A Mouse Called Miika. I’m loving it already and Miika is the best!
