It has been over two years since I last talked about the book-related podcasts that I listened to, and I have found a few more since then. Some of the podcasts on this list will be repeats, as I still listen to them all these years later, but I wanted to make sure to share the ones I listened to pretty much on a weekly basis
Book Riot
I used to listen to all of Book Riot’s podcasts, but these days I mostly loyal to their main show cohosted by Jeff and Rebecca. I appreciate getting bookish news every week and I enjoy their banter. I will still listen to some of their other podcasts, like Get Booked and All the Books, but only on occasion.
From the Front Porch
From the Front Porch is hosted by Annie Jones, who owns an independent bookstore called The Bookshelf. She covers a wide range of topics and I find something comforting about this podcast. I also love to support independent bookstore any way I can!
Currently Reading
I love the format of The Currently Reading Podcast as well as the friendship between the cohosts, Meredith and Kaytee. They have pretty different reading tastes, so it is always fun to hear their opinions. They also do a deep dive into a different topic every single week!
Sarah’s Bookshelves Live
I love Sarah’s Bookshelves Live so much that I am actually a patron! She has a wide array of content, but her seasonal previews are my favourite. She also interviews a lot of interesting guests, from authors to audiobook narrators.
The Stacks
I could listen to Traci talk about books all day long- she has such amazing insight and always interviews guests I am interested in hearing from. She has a great book club as well!
Bad on Paper
Bad on Paper is not strictly a book podcast, but there is a lot of great bookish content. Grace and Becca are friends who started a podcast together, which I always love. They end every episode talking about a book they loved recently and they also have a book club!

Great Post, Kristin. I’m going yo give these a go. I’ve listened to ‘Ear Read This’, ‘Vintage Books’ and ‘The Penguin Podcast’, but haven’t tried your recommendations yet.
