This is my monthly meme! It is very easy to participate. All you have to do is share all of your favourite blog posts of the month! I think this is a great way to spread the love and also discover new bloggers!
Lia @ Lost in a Story talks about DNFing books and shares some of the books she started but never finished. This is a topic that I am always interested in because I am trying to get better at putting down books that I am just not enjoying. I was really inspired by the reasons she gave for why she DNFs books!
What a surprise! The Orangutan Librarian has made my list of monthly favourites once again! She wrote so many amazing discussions this month that it was hard to only choose one. I finally settled on the post that she wrote about bloggers who deserve more attention. I really loved that she did that and I found a some wonderful new bloggers to follow!
Beth @ Reading Every Night asks the question “How do you manage your TBR?” I think this is a question that few of us actually know the answer to! Out TBRs are so big and it is hard to keep track of all the books we want to read! She is so right when she says that is just part of being a book blogger! She also shares a few things about a book that makes her added it to her TBR- everything from the cover to the hype.
Michelle @ The Writing Hufflepuff talks about books she rated highly but completely forgets to talk about! I relate to this so much! I feel like I only talk about books that I read more recently and forget about books I read and loved many years ago. This post has inspired me to look back on old favourites!
Olivia @ Purely Olivia shares five reasons why she reads and loves Middle Grade. This post really encouraged me to try more middle grade since they are not the kind of books that I normally gravitate towards. I love that she said they are comforting and leave her feeling happy. I need to read more books like that! What are you favourite middle grade novels?
Angelica @ The Book Cover Girl talks about underrated books, which is something that I always appreciate. Sometimes I feel like the same books are being talked about on everyone’s blog, on twitter, on booktube, etc. and it is nice to be introduced to books that I know very little about or haven’t heard of. I added a few of these books to my TBR!
Lois @ Lois Reads Books shares 10 thoughts that you have while in a bookstore and it was oh so relatable! I have definitely had all of these thoughts while shopping for books. I laughed out loud at the one about signed books because that is so me!
Heather @ The Sassy Book Geek shares some extremely useful blogging tips. She poses some questions to ask yourself when you are writing reviews, talks about different types of posts, and has a helpful reminder about trigger warnings. I have bookmarked this post for future reference!

Fairly new to WordPress but I’ve found so many bloggers whose work I enjoy. OrangutanLibrarian is always so much fun – I have to find out how she chose her name – her recent post called “My Bookish Dreams” was wonderful. I’ve found a number of books outside my core genre that intrigue me by following JenniferTarheelReader. Eva O’Reilly is always thought provoking. I really enjoyed klkranesya and loved her most recent post – “Let’s Be Rebels”. Far too many to call out. Thanks for a great post. Cheers, Brian
I just read her post My Bookish Dreams. She is so creative! You should read this interview with her (https://www.google.ca/amp/s/thereadingchick.com/2018/06/02/blogger-to-blogger-series-an-interview-with-the-orangutan-librarian/amp/). She talks about how she chose her blog name! There are so many amazing bloggers out there. Thank you!
Perfect – thanks so much for forwarding the link – I really enjoyed it – she just shines through in her writing. Cheers, Brian
