What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently Reading

I read the first chapter of The Cat Who Saved Books and it was really moving! I am really intrigued to see how the cat comes into this story. I am also listening to The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy on audio. It feels like I have been listening to this book for ages, but I just have not been in an audiobook mood. The book itself is fantastic though and has to potential to become a favourite!
Just Finished

I finally finished Malice and in a shocking turn of events, I enjoyed it quite a bit and will be continuing on with the series. Sundial is a difficult book to talk about and I am not sure how I felt about it. I liked the writing and the tension that Catriona Ward built but the middle dragged for me and I have mixed feelings about the ending. I flew through my eARC of The Weight of Blood, which is something I always do with Tiffany D. Jackson’s books. Could this be her best? I have to sit on it for a minute, but it might be!
Starting Next

The Oleander Sword is finally here! The first book, The Jasmine Throne, was one of my favourite books of last year and I cannot wait to see where this story goes.

The Cat Who Saved Books is on my TBR, but I’m worried that it will make me cry and I haven’t been in the mood for that style book lately. Still, I’m really curious to (eventually) read it and in the meantime I’ll enjoy your enjoyment of it. 🙂
I’ll definitely post my thoughts and let you know if it is a tearjerker. The first chapter was a little emotional already!
