Another week, another fun TTT topic! I normally talk about my favourite book covers, but I haven’t had a chance to do so this year, so this week’s topic couldn’t come at a better time. There were so many gorgeous covers this year, so it was difficult to narrow it down to my top ten, but here we go!
Felix Ever After by Kacen Callender
Everything about this cover is amazing, from the the vibrant colour to the illustration.
Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas
One of the best books of the year deserves one of the best covers!
Woven in Moonlight by Isabel Ibañez
There is so much going on in this cover and I just love it!
Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia
There is something so elegant about this cover!
Home Before Dark by Riley Sager
The cover itself is nothing special, but in person it actually glows in the dark- too cool!
Transcendent Kingdom by Yaa Gyasi
A simple yet effective cover- I love the blush colour!
Untamed by Glennon Doyle
This was a complete cover buy for me!
Raybearer by Jordan Ifueko
One of my favourite books of the year! Both the US and UK covers are STUNNING- I need both!
You Had Me at Hola by Alexis Daria
Look at them!!
The Subtweet by Vivek Shraya
I think this might be my favourite cover- it is really striking in person!

I love these! A few will likely be on my favorites list at the end of the year.
The covers for Felix Ever After and The Cemetery Boys look so pretty. Legit made me want to buy them (which I will, SOON). Some of my fave covers this year have been from: Cinderella Is Dead, The Black Kids, and Each Of Us A Desert.
Love a good cover buy! I almost put Cinderella is Dead on my list. It is really beautiful!!

Reading on a kindle, I rarely think about covers! 😂 One that is so striking though is Amal Unbound 👍 …and the new Louise Penny is cool!
I am not a huge ebook reader but that totally makes sense about the covers. I have heard Louise Penny’s new book is one of her best!
I enjoyed it! 👍
I love the cover for Mexican Gothic. I think it’s one of the best for 2020.
Me too! It’s so stunning!
I absolutely love the Felix cover and Mexican Gothic! I had an ebook of Mexican Gothic but ended up getting it as a book of the month add on because I just love the cover so much and had to have it on my shelf, lol.

I don’t love illustrated covers, but even I have to admit that some of these are really beautiful!
I totally get that!
I’m obsessed with these covers! I just read Felix Ever After and the cover is a major part of what first interested me in it…and I’m so glad that it did! And I cannot get enough of the cover of Mexican Gothic — I could just stare at it all day.
I’m hoping to read Felix Ever After soon! I’m listening to Mexican Gothic as we speak, but I will definitely be buying a phsyical copy!
I think the cover art for ‘Felix Ever After’ is my favorite out of these, it is BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately I purchased ‘The Subtweet’ on Kindle, so it’s not particularly striking in the format. :/
It’s really is stunning!! I listened to the audiobook for The Subtweet and loved it so much I had to buy a physical copy!
These are stunning! I haven’t seen the cover for You Had me at Hola before but I’m now officially in love. Also, I could start a shrine with how much I love the Mexican Gothic cover. 😍

I’ll definitely have to check it out! 🙂
I’m glad you’re enjoying Mexican Gothic. I had a few issues with the actual book itself, but that cover is magic.
I love the cover of Mexican Gothic. It’s elegant, but it also gives you some gothic vibes.
