This week’s topic for Top Ten Tuesday is a book cover freebie. I have decided to share some of my favourite covers for 2020! There are a lot of books coming out this year whose covers have yet to be revealed, but many of the ones I have seen are stunning.
There seems to be something similar about all of the covers that I am drawn to. They seem to have similar tones and I am realizing I am really into light blues and light pinks. I also think that typography is a factor. I have been loving illustrations on covers recently and I hope that that trend continues.
What is your favourite cover of 2020 so far?

The cover of Clap when you land is so good!

My favourite for sure!
Oooh, how interesting! It looks like you tend to gravitate more towards colorful, more contemporary feeling covers. I think that’s neat! If These Wings Could Fly is probably my favorite on here, and I don’t even know why. The colors, maybe? I do like the cover for A Song Below Water, too, though. Great picks!
Here’s my TTT post.
I really do! I was instantly drawn to that cover as well. It has a dreamy quality to it!
Ooh, great choices! If These Wings Could Fly and The Glass Hotel are particularly gorgeous. 😍
I agree! There is a dreamy quality about the both that appeals to me.
I’m obsessed with the cover for The Gravity of Us!!
It is so good!!
Yes, you do seem to like the colour pink in book covers. I think it’s neat to notice these patterns. 🙂
My TTT .
And pink isn’t my favourite colour, but it appeals to me in books. So strange!
So many gorgeous covers!
And I could have listed even more!
I love the Woven In Moonlight cover!
Me too! There is so much to see!

I love them too!!
I have Woven in Moonlight on my list too! Love your picks!
Thank you! It is one of the best covers ever!
I adore this selection of covers. They’re so vibrant and eye catching. I particularly love the cover for A Song Below Water. It’s one of my most anticipated books of the year.
A Song Below Water is such a striking cover. I would buy it for the cover alone but the story itself sounds incredible!
I have liked all of Acevedo’s covers. They always represent her characters well.
Oh my gosh, these are all SO beautiful??? Woven in Moonlight has always caught my eye haha!
It’s is such a fun cover! So much going on but it works.
I LOVE the cover of The Glass Hotel 😍👏🏻
Me too!
These are all great picks, not only because they are all beautiful, but there are so many of them that I haven’t seen before! I love the cover for Saint X and Transcendent Kingdom!
I love them too. So good!
I have an arc of Saint X and it’s just as pretty in person. I like that it’s unique. 🙂

I love so many covers already this year!! Clap When You Land goes so well with Gravity Between Us & Saint X colour wise. They’d look stunning on a shelf together (:
That’s such a good point. I obviously am drawn to covers with similar colours!
I’m super curious about Clap When You Land, too.
