I have started to dip my toe into freelancing (more on that in the future), but it has been taking up a lot of my time! I never want to neglect my blog and I will always make it a priority. That said, I am feeling a little uninspired when it comes to book tags lately. If you know of any fun ones please send them my way!

NEXT READ

I am currently in the middle of two books, but this will be the next book I pick up. All the Stars and Teeth is not a book I would ever pick up on my own, but I am reading it for a buddy read on Instagram. I love this group because the books often push me out of my comfort zone. I love the idea of mermaids even though I am often let down by books that include them. I have high hopes for this one and either way discussing it is going to be a blast!

NEXT 5 STAR READ

Funnily enough, I will also be reading Hum If You Don’t Know the Words for a buddy read on Instagram. However, this book has been on my shelves for ages and I just know that it is going to be something I love. I have heard nothing but incredible things and every friend I have on Goodreads who has read it has given it five stars! I am very confident in this prediction.

NEXT 1 STAR READ

Now I normally would never read a book that I thought would be 1 star, but the other day I posted about the classics on my TBR and I received to many mixed responses to Wuthering Heights. It seems to be one of those book you either love or hate and it is impossible to say which category I will fall into! It truly could go either way and that makes me even more curious to read it.

NEXT LOVE INTEREST (OR CHARACTER THAT SEEMS REALLY COOL TO YOU)

The Simple Wild seems to be all the rage and I am ready to fall in love with Jonah. I have only read the prologue so far, but I am intrigued. I know that the sequel just came out so I am hoping to fall in love with these characters and then I can jump straight into the next book! My only hesitation is that I read K.A. Tucker’s novel Say You Still Love Me and I had mixed feelings about it.

NEXT BOOK THAT WILL LEAVE YOU WITH A BOOK HANGOVER (AND DESPERATELY WANTING A REREAD OR NEXT IN SERIES)

Lost in a Good Book is the second book in the Thursday Next series. I loved the first book, The Eyre Affair, way more than I was anticipated and it took me days before I was ready to pick up something new. I am hoping that I experience the same thing with the sequel!
