WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words! All you have to do is answers the following three questions:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Warcross by Marie Lu– I have less than 100 pages left, and all I can say is that this book is so EPIC! Emika is such a badass! I really am enjoying Marie Lu’s take on virtual reality. I can not wait to see how this book ends, and I know I will hate having to wait for the next book!

Recently Finished-

Far From the Tree by Robin Benway– If you have read my October wrap up than you will know that I LOVED this book! It has become one of my favourite YA novels.  If you like the shows This Is Us or Long Lost Family than you will love this book.  It had me both tearing up and laughing at the same time. I am very attached to these characters and adored reading about their relationships.

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee–  I just have the urge to reread this book for some reason.  I feel as though it is a perfect November read! I always talk about how it is one of my favourite books but it has been over ten years since I have read it. I truly can not wait to revisit this story.

You Bring the Distant Near by Mitali Perkins– I have not heard a lot about this book and I do not know a lot about it but the synopsis is very intriguing and the reviews are excellent! According to goodreads, it follows five girls over three generations, which has all the makings for the kind of story that I love!

Have you read any of these books? What did you think! I would love to know what you are currently reading as well!

  1. I loved Warcross, and it’s been a number of years since I’ve read To Kill a Mockingbird as well.

I’m currently reading The Empress and also starting The City of Brass, but I may not be reading them that quickly due to writing for NaNoWriMo.

      1. I just don’t read as much. I’ll probably read fewer than ten books in November. With this being my 12th year writing with NaNo, I’ve gotten pretty decent about knowing how long it will take me to reach my word count goal each day.

  2. War Cross sounds really interesting. I might have to pick that one up. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

  3. Marie Lu went on and on about Warcross at TTBF. She was one of the key speakers. I’m glad Emika has lived up to her talk. I think Mitali said the title for her book came from a poem that was read at her wedding. I want to reread Harry Potter and Outlander, but I still am only in book 5 of the Outlander series.
