Donna’s Questions:

What makes you want to keep blogging?

I recently wrote a blog post talking about some of the reasons I love blogging! So I guess you can say I keep blogging for all of those reasons! I think it truly boils down to the fact that I love reading and talking about books with other people who are just as passionate as I am.

Which book makes you the happiest?

You mean besides Harry Potter right?

Most recently I would have to say A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman! It definitely has some really sad moments, but the overall feel of the book is so heartwarming! I had a big grin on my face while reading it.

If you could choose a holiday dessert which would it be?

Anything gingerbread! I just looked up gingerbread desserts on Pinterest and OMG!

Who inspires you the most to read?

I do not really know the answer to this question! I guess it would be my parents! They used to read to me when I was a kid and I assume that is when I started to love reading. It has always been a part of my life!

Which fictional character would you like to set up a blind date for? and who would you choose?

Ohhhh! This is a tough one!

I want to set Harry Potter up on a blind date, because as you know if you have been following for awhile now, I do not like him with Ginny! Maybe I would set him up with Penelope from Carry On? I like her character better than Ginny and they would have a lot in common right?!

What’s a book you bought for the cover and ended up loving?

Burial Rites by Hannah Kent! I saw this book in the bargain section of Chapters and I only bought it because I thought that the cover was intriguing! The actual book itself is even better than the cover! So dark and atmospheric!

What time of day do you like to blog?

Any time of the day! I usually end up writing them at night in bed though!

What distracts you the most from reading?

TV! I love watching TV so it can definitely be a distraction! I have recently been binge watching Masterchef…

If your birthday were around the corner what is one gift you would ask for?

Hmmm… I wouldn’t mind an Amazon Echo! They are not released in Canada yet though!
