The History of Bees by Maja Lunde– I am about half way in to this book and I am really enjoying it! Lunde is a fantastic writer and I am intrigued to see where this story goes. It is always refreshing to find a book that manages to be so original!

Recently Finished-

The Before Now and After Then by Peter Monn– I mentioned last week that Peter is one of my favourite youtubers and it was such a joy to be able to read and experience his book! If you are a fan of his than it will be fun for you to find all the connections in this novel to Peter’s real life! If you have never watched one of his videos than I still think you would enjoy this heartwarming coming of age story!

Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco– I was inspired to buy this book yesterday after reading everyones Fall TBR’s for Top Ten Tuesday! So many people talked about this book and it just seems so perfect for this time of year! I can not wait to get in to it even though I am already veering off from my own personal Fall TBR…

  1. I still need to read Stalking Jack the Ripper. I have both it and Hunting Prince Dracula, so really I have no excuse not to read them.

I just finished reading P.S. I Like You by Kasie West, I’m getting ready to read Tower of Dawn by Sarah J Maas, and my next reads will be One Dark Throne by Kendare Blake and A Poison Dark and Drowning by Jessica Cluess.

      1. Yeah, P.S. I Like You was really cute. I think I’m going to post the review up on…Sunday. It was my second Kasie West book, after receiving an ARC of Lucky in Love at BookExpo. I mean it wasn’t anything extraordinary or anything, but it was a fun contemporary read, and I did enjoy it.

      2. So far both of the books I have read by her have been light fun contemporaries, so I’d have to say that I recommend them when you’re in that kind of mood.
