There are so many book covers that I love! I want to start showing some appreciation towards gorgeous, creative, and clever covers! My goal is to write a post like this about once a month.
Carry On by Rainbow Rowell- I never thought I would read Carry On until I saw this cover! I now own it and can’t wait to read it! How beautiful are the boys on the cover! I LOVE THEM!
The Children’s Crusade by Ann Packer– This book was a total cover buy for me but I am still excited to read it. The tree on the cover is just so beautiful. I tend to gravitate toward books with nature on the cover.
The Unlikelies by Carrie Firestone– This cover just screams summer! All I want to do is take pictures of it! That will be happening really soon so keep an eye on my instagram! Doesn’t this cover make you want to take a walk on the beach while eating an ice cream cone?
Essex Serpent by Sarah Perry– I do not own this book yet but I saw it in the store and it is stunning! I have heard nothing but good things about it as well. I can’t wait to get my hands on it! The snake, the flowers, the colours- everything is fantastic!

The Children’s Crusade is gorgeous 😍 I’ve never come across that book before! The Essex Serpent made my list when I wrote a post similar to this, it’s just too gorgeous!
I have not heard anyone talk about Children’s Crusade but it sounds good!! I can’t believe how beautiful the Essex Serpent cover is in person!
I had to have the special Waterstones edition of The Essex Serpent because it was shiny… I’mm such a magpie when it comes to pretty book covers 😅

I love Kevin Wada’s art! I never realized he made a cover for Carry On! It’s gorgeous!!
I hadn’t seen any of his work before this but I can definitely say I am a fan now. So talented!
I might be one of the few but I actually like the ‘old’ Carry On covers better haha. The story started slow but I really enjoyed reading it! And I haven’t read the other titles, but I do love those covers. Great picks!

I have to agree that Essex Serpent by Sarah Perry has an amazing lovely and incredible cover! It is just so wowing! You know what cover I like a lot? The Count of Monte Cristo but the B&N hard cover version! Uff that is so beautiful!

I’m absolutelt in loooove with Carry On! I read it after reading Fangirl, (which is really good too), and it was just amazing. I love the characters, especially Baz and the relations between them. I’m actually more into one of the other covers, the yellow/orange one where you can only see an outline of them. I really like that!
